COLLISIO is a free display font designed by Argentine designer Eduardo Molea. Eduardo created the font based on the contrasts generated by the type between structured geometric shapes regardless of the consistency of its stroke. COLLISIO is a font with an attractive display nature and a simple size structure: single height and in capital letters. The author’s idea was to play with the end results when creating typography and to see how these pose different possibilities of use. So, for these different visual collisions that generates, he call it COLLISIO which in Latin means the collision, a beautiful naming of the typeface indeed. For example, Eduardo have shown us in a demo image how it would look like to present a record label’s information or branding design using COLLISIO, and it looks fantastic!
